A trading-education or software brand connects to Model Program Advisors under a Brand Program Agreement. Its members may enroll as the adviser's clients through the doorway. The brand keeps selling what it sells; the adviser does what only a registrant may do.
The brand's marketers sell the brand's products. They do not solicit anyone to enroll in, fund, or remain in a program; do not recommend a program, provider, leverage level, or account size; do not describe performance; and never receive funds, credentials, or API keys. When asked about automated advisory trading they give one approved routing statement and nothing more. Those terms are in the Brand Program Agreement, in the brand's marketer agreement, certified before activation and annually, monitored, and enforced — and the adviser may audit and may suspend the doorway for any brand, page, or marketer in breach.
Anything that mentions the adviser or its programs on a brand's platform is the adviser's promotional material: drafted or approved by the adviser's compliance officer under NFA Rules 2-9 and 2-29, version-logged, never edited by marketers.
The adviser licenses replication infrastructure from the platform operator at a fixed fee per active seat — never a percentage of advisory fees, never trued up, reset on usage and cost at a published cadence.
A brand's rewards or compensation program may never read any client's enrollment, funding, trades, fees, or results. The brand certifies that control quarterly.
