Enroll with Model Program Advisors

This is a non-functional mockup of the enrollment doorway a connected brand's member reaches by single sign-on. Nothing here is submitted anywhere. Four steps. Model choice, limits and account linking stay in your AI Trade Pros portal, where you already set them; the adviser asks only what it is required to ask.

Read the Disclosure Document

You must receive and read the Disclosure Document before you sign anything. It describes the programs, the adviser's fees, the risks, and the adviser's conflicts of interest, including its infrastructure license with the platform operator and its relationships with connected brands.

DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT — Model Program Advisors, LLC — dated [DATE]

THE COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION HAS NOT PASSED UPON THE MERITS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS TRADING PROGRAM NOR HAS THE COMMISSION PASSED ON THE ADEQUACY OR ACCURACY OF THIS DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT.

RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT. You should carefully consider whether your financial condition permits you to participate in a trading program. Futures and leveraged trading can lose more than the margin posted. Automated replication places orders without your review of each trade. Your results will differ from the model's and from other clients' because of timing, fills, funding and your own limits. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Client information

Identity details come from your brand sign-on and cannot be edited here. The adviser is required by NFA rules to ask about your financial situation and trading experience before opening a program for you; your answers are used to decide whether the program is appropriate, not to size your trades.

Financial and trading background

Your brand's marketers are not compensated for your enrollment and are not permitted to recommend any of these. If someone did, the adviser needs to know.
The information above is accurate. I will tell the adviser if my financial situation changes materially. I have received the adviser's Privacy Notice.
Step 3 of 4

Client agreement

This agreement is between you and Model Program Advisors, LLC only. Your brand membership — education, spot software, Tech Pass and the Wealth Share program — stays under your brand's own Terms and is not changed by anything here.

ADVISORY CLIENT AGREEMENT — Model Program Advisors, LLC

1. Parties and the Doorway. This Agreement is between Model Program Advisors, LLC (the "Advisor"), a commodity trading advisor registered with the CFTC and a Member of NFA (NFA ID [___]), and the undersigned Client. The Client acknowledges receiving the Disclosure Document dated [DATE] before signing.

2. The Program — Member-Elected Replication. The Client independently elects which model, if any, to follow; connects the Client's own account at a supported regulated venue through trading-only credentials the Client creates; and sets the Client's own participation limits. Replication then occurs in the Client's account mechanically and identically for every client following the same model.

3. Authorization and Its Limits. The authorization (a) operates only through trading-permission credentials and can never move funds; (b) may be suspended or revoked by the Client at any time with immediate effect on new replication; (c) does not extend to any account, instrument or venue other than those elected; (d) is reaffirmed at least every twelve months.

4. The Platform's Role — Software, Not Advice. Program delivery runs on software licensed from the platform operator under a fixed per-seat license. The platform operator is not a party, gives no advice, and receives no compensation measured by the Client's trading.

5. Fees. An incentive fee of [15]% of new net trading profits, measured monthly, subject to a high-water mark. No management fee. Invoiced by the Advisor in its own name; the Advisor never withdraws from the Client's venue account.

6. Custody. Funds and positions remain in the Client's own venue account at all times. The venue's statements are the statements of record.

7. Risk Acknowledgments. [Per Disclosure Document Risk Disclosure Statement.]

7A. Connected Brands, Marketing Wall, and Model Claims. The Client's brand and its marketers are not associated persons of the Advisor and are not compensated for the Client's enrollment, funding, trading or results. Every performance figure shown for any model carries the required legends and is drawn from the Advisor's Model Claims File.

8. Term and Termination. Either party may terminate at any time. Termination stops new replication immediately; open positions remain the Client's to manage at the venue.

9. General. [Governing law; NFA Member arbitration.]

10. Signatures.
What you are authorizingOrders that replicate the model you elect, placed in your own account, within the limits you set in your AI Trade Pros trade settings.
What can never happenYour API key carries no withdrawal permission. The adviser cannot move, transfer or withdraw your funds.
StoppingOne control, always available, stops new replication immediately. Open positions stay yours to close at the venue.
What it costs[15]% of new net profits each month above your high-water mark. Nothing in a losing or flat month. No management fee.
I have read the Advisory Client Agreement and agree to it, including the Complaints and Arbitration Notice.
I understand the adviser's fees are separate from my brand's Tech Pass and that no marketer is paid for my enrollment.
I understand that futures and leveraged trading can lose more than the margin posted and that automated replication executes without my review of each trade (Risk Disclosure Statement).
