Programs

Programs are the unit of everything

Each program is a section of the Disclosure Document: a strategy description, the venues and instruments it trades, its fee schedule, its risk factors, and the catalogue of Model Providers a client may elect within it. Adding a brand or a strategy is a program amendment and an NFA filing — not a new registration.

No performance figures appear on this site. Program statistics, when published, will come only from each provider's Model Claims File, carry the required hypothetical-results legend where applicable, and be approved by the adviser's compliance officer before use.

What every program has in common

Client election

No client is placed in a program. The client reads, acknowledges, elects, and may leave at any time.

Client limits

Per-trade cap, position limit, allocation, maximum leverage where allowed, and a kill switch — read by the engine on every order.

Trade-only keys

API keys are verified at link and daily. Withdrawal permission is rejected. The adviser cannot move funds.

Venue as record

The client's venue statement is the system of record; dashboards are informational and reconciled nightly.
